This is on the heart of 4th St. Walk to Washington St or 3rd St for all the Mqt favorite shops, food, and breweries. This 2 bed 1 bath upper level is nicely updated to give you that comfortable stay in case you want to enjoy a day at the apt or recover in the evening from a day of exploring. Great space. Very clean and modern amenities! Central to everything in downtown Marquette and the university. Kept the driveway plowed regularly during the snow storm.
