Entire upstairs 4 bedroom apartment centrally located in Marquette. You can walk anywhere in town from this apartment. Quiet pets allowed with fee! 3 bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds & there is lots of closet space throughout the apt for storage. The 4th bedroom has a full size futon. Living room has a comfy couch & love seat & a 55 inch flat screen w/ cable tv & hdmi capabilities. Kitchen has a stove, fridge, sink & dining table w/ chairs, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, microwave & coffee maker w/ filters. Bathroom equipped w/a shower & tub, towels & toilet paper. Air conditioning in summer. Plowed parking & shoveling in winter. Laundry in basement. This apartment is a mile or so from Lake Superior beaches & Lower Harbor. Directly across the street from Blackrock's Brewery, Third St Bagel, Cafe Bodega & Downwind Sports. Within walking distance of many local restaurants (Third St Bagel, Lagniappe, Vango's, Stucko's, Casa Calabria, Portside, Steinhaus, Landmark, Sol Azteca & Dig’s), pubs & breweries (Blackrocks, Ore Dock, Vierling, Third Base & Flanigan's), wedding venues (Landmark Inn, Masonic Temple, Marquette History Museum, Yacht Yard & Ore Dock Brewery), Marquette General Hospital (Duke Lifepoint) & Northern Michigan University!! We enjoyed our stay and loved being across the street from Blackrocks Brewery. The stairs are steep so we would pack smaller suitcases or bags next time. The house was clean and well stocked.
