About this apartment rental
The 55 m² apartment in Funes / Villnöss, South Tyrol, accommodates up to 4 guests. It features 1 bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 2. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, and an internet-enabled screen for video-on-demand. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building. Families will find a baby cot, high chair, and shared toys and books.
From December 2026, a sauna will be available in the building.
The apartment is on the ground floor and offers mountain views.
Enjoy your private, covered terrace with direct access to a small private garden area. In the communal outdoor space, you’ll find a large open terrace, a garden with playground, a barbecue, and a fire pit.
A parking space at the house and a charging station for electric cars are provided. Pets and events are not allowed. There is a ski and bike room and covered parking for motorcycles. A boot dryer and charging stations for e-bikes are also available.

Villnöss Valley is one of South Tyrol’s most unspoiled valleys, focusing on sustainable tourism. In summer, you can enjoy hiking, mountain sports, and mountain biking. In winter, there is a small ski slope, many winter hiking trails, as well as snowshoeing and ski touring. The area is known for its natural toboggan runs, and a cross-country trail leads to Würzjoch. Major ski resorts such as Brixen, Gröden, Seiser Alm, and Sella Ronda are nearby.

Pros: Valentin36 is a beautiful, spacious and stylishly furnished apartment with fully equipped kitchen.
Parking spaces in front of the building. Free access to the laundry room. In the Raschötz apartment we had access to a terrace with a garden.
Valentin 36 it's a wonderful and quiet place managed by friendly hosts.
