This modern, stylish home offers ample room for your entire group to relax and unwind. Enjoy serene water views from the screened-in patio or gather in the comfortable, open-plan living areas. The property provides direct lake access, perfect for enjoying the waterfront picnic spot.

Downstairs Level
-Primary Bedroom: A restful sanctuary with a king-sized bed, two large closets, and an adjoining full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a garden tub. There`s a Pack and Play stored in the closet for little ones.
-Living Room: Includes a comfortable queen-sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress.
-Kitchen: A fully equipped, modern kitchen with a drip coffee maker, ready for your culinary adventures. There`s a washer and dryer in the laundry closet for in-unit laundry chores.
=Dining Area: A large dining room and eating area with combined seating for 10 guests.
-A convenient half-bath and a lovely screened porch complete the main level.
Upstairs Level
-Bedroom 2: Features a king-sized bed and an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Host Interaction
We respect our guests` privacy and offer a self-check-in process with a code to the lock box sent the morning of your check-in. While we will not be on-site, we are readily available via the messaging app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.

Check-in and check-out times: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am unless prior plans have been made with the host.

Was staying there for my daughter’s wedding and it located only 10 minutes from her . Having Wegmans right around the corner is also a plus

The property was NOT professionally cleaned, if it was, then they need a new cleaning service.
The floors were filthy, the pollen on the back porch furniture was thick.
The grill was never cleaned from previous user.
The curtains fell on us, we had to go purchase tools in order to put them back up.
Master bathroom sink and shower DO NOT DRAIN.
Soaking wet bath rugs were piled in the closet.
Boxes and other personal items were scattered in the garage.
Overall, not pleased. We were in town for my daughter’s surgery and didn’t need the added stress of dealing with the details with the owner.
Hope they do some work around the house before renting to the next person for the price.
