For guest safety and property security, exterior security cameras are located only at entry points and monitor access areas. There are no interior cameras or cameras covering private outdoor spaces such as the hot tub, fire pit, or deck, ensuring full guest privacy throughout your stay.

House Rules:
• No smoking or parties.
• Pets allowed with a $250 fee (please inquire). One well behaved and trained dog under 15 pounds is allowed. The fee covers extra allergy and sanitation cleaning that is involved.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• Maximum number of guests allowed will be 12. There is an additional charge of $25 per guest per day after 10 guests due to extra linen and cleaning required.

Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are located at the entry points of the home. These cameras monitor the exterior only and do not have any views of interior spaces or private outdoor areas like the hot tub, ensuring your complete privacy.
Driveway parking is available and street parking is prohibited.
No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the home and on the premises.
Quiet Hours: As a courtesy to our neighbors, 9:00pm to 9:00am are quiet hours. Please keep noise minimal at all times. No events or parties: Parties, gathering, and other social functions are strictly prohibited. No extra guests: Guests should not have unregistered guests or visitors. Trash: Guests should leave trash sorted in the garage trashcans.
