About this house rental
This decidedly modern villa, yet in the Provençal spirit, welcomes you to a privileged location on the hills above Cabrieres d'Avignon, on the edge of the cedar forest and facing the Luberon Mountains.
Peace and quiet are guaranteed on this dead-end road. You can walk down to the village (a grocery store and tobacco shop… a butcher shop, deli, and caterer; a bakery; and a very good restaurant for a wonderful evening)
Just 5 minutes from Gordes and 15 minutes from Lisle-sur-la-Sorgue.
Very large, light-filled living area that spans the width of the home, opening onto a huge terrace sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola (ideal for lunch in the shade)
A laundry room adjacent to the kitchen and a separate restroom complete this over 100 m² property, which is fully equipped with underfloor air conditioning. Ultimate comfort!
Upstairs, facing south, is a master suite with a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a shower and a separate restroom, two large bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate restroom. Underfloor air conditioning. New 160x200 bedding, hotel-quality sheets, and ample storage available in the bedrooms.

Lovely, spacious property. Generally very clean, the only criticism would be the bed linen didn’t feel very fresh and was a bit ‘bobbly’. It is not particularly suited to younger children due to the stairs being open and no handrail. Also, the garden is not secure so not ideal for small children or dogs. For us as a couple, it was a perfect stay. One thing to note, there are two bars/restaurants in the village, one closed at the end of September and the other had very limited opening times - again, probably because it was October when we visited.

Eric was a great host! He welcomed us late in the evening (after we got delayed at the airport), took the time to explain everything around the house and the region.
The house is modern, new, super functional, comfortable and very quiet!
Highly recommend!

We spent a week in August in this very nice house. Eric the owner is very nice and welcomed us gently. The house is recent and very well arranged. We are planning to come back.
