Come stay at this beautiful & spacious basement unit with lots of amenities. Close to lots of restaurants & businesses. Spacious backyard & very family friendly. Lots of room for fun or if you are in town for business there is a huge workspace. Basement unit, which may have a HEIGHT RESTRICGTIONS - Ceiling where vent is - 5ft 8 inches, Ceiling 6 ft 2 inches and Bathroom 5ft 8inches.
This unite is approximately 7 minutes car drive to the new Nextstar Battery Plant.
PARKING NEXT TO THE PROPERTY ON ST.JACQUES. Enter through the side gate to enter unit. SELF CHECK-IN.
THE ACTUAL NUMBER OF GUESTS STAYING IS REQUIRED AS IT IS $50 PER NIGHT FOR EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE. CHILDREN UNDER 12 STAYS FREE AND 13 TO 17 PAYS HALF PRICE.

I enjoyed my stay. It was a perfect place for my needs. I would definitely stay again. My hosts were exceptional. They went out of their way to be sure I was comfortable. They are very personable very responsive to my questions.

Six days of up early and home late volunteering. The place was great, spacious, clean and well outfitted.

The apartment was clean and very spacious. It has everything you might need and even includes a washer and dryer.
It's exactly as described, but do take heed of the height restriction warning. We had no problems at all, but if you are 5' 8" or more, you will have to duck under the beams and will not be able to stand up straight in the shower.

We chose this location as it was close to my family and friends. Was perfect spot for us. Apartment was clean and provided everything you could need to make yourself at home. Communication with owner was quick and helpful.
