If you are looking for a quaint tropical getaway, look no further than Costa Quay! This multi-level home away from home is conveniently located on a quiet side street - just a short walk to the end of the road for walking access to the beach and close to several waterfront restaurants and bars. You'll be greeted by the beautifully landscaped pool area, a fenced backyard, and peekaboo ocean views. Spend refreshing evenings in the outdoor pool or relax in the bubbly six-person hot tub provided for your entertainment. Additionally, there is a propane grill that you can use to host entertaining warm-weather barbecues and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach. This area is overlooked by the first-level deck, where you can lounge on the bench swing and still be a part of all the fun.
Upon entering this darling home, guests can head downstairs and find the game room with a pool table, a pub table for two, a smart TV with a DVD player, and a wet bar with a full-size fridge and microwave. The top-level great room has been beautifully decorated. It is the perfect gathering spot with a 55' smart TV home theatre system with Blu-Ray, surround sound, and a stereo system with internet radio and speakers to the deck. The well-appointed kitchen has your back when mealtime comes around with all major appliances, including a dishwasher for quick post-meal clean-ups. Keurig and drip coffee makers will delight the coffee lovers of the group. The extensive dining table has gorgeous sound views, and there are additional spots on the kitchen island. The spiral staircase leads up to a loft area with a foosball table. You'll also have a bocce ball setup, and the home includes a pull-down projector screen for those movie nights with friends. There are two basketball hoops in the driveway, so you can play a full-court game.

Loved the house, walk to the beach access and the pool! The backyard is beautiful and designed for pets and play alike. Perfect place for several families. Would definitely stay here again!!

Love the closeness to the beach! An easy 5 minute walk for adults and kids alike. Perfect spot for a small group to enjoy each others company or to step away for some alone time.

We loved this rental! The home was clean with the perfect amount of space and close to the beach and shops. We loved using the pool, hot tub and decks. The best part for us was the fenced in yard (game changer for our pets.) The yard was as spacious for the dogs, it was nice it was actually grassy with no thorns so they were able to play freely. Would absolutely recommend this home! We will be staying here again!

Great location and outdoor area. The cleanliness was subpar - minor things, and we were able to clean it. Our family had a wonderful week making memories. Thank you.
