Also on this level are two master bedrooms and two bedrooms with a shared bath, a convenient laundry area, screened porch with hot tub, plenty of shaded oceanview decking and a porch swing.
Along with beautiful ocean views, the top level boasts a huge great room with 55" flat screen home theater system and dining area with vaulted ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen, large enough for multiple cooks, and half bath.
