Fun Beachy Cottage awaits your next family getaway. Lemon Bay Park is across the street-enjoy walking in the mornings or catching sunsets. The Public beach is a short 1 mile drive or walk to the gorgeous pristine turquoise waters of Manasota Key. This is centrally located near all the great restaurants , bars, and shops in Englewood and Manasota Key. This cottage is located 3 blocks from Manasota Key Bridge and directly across the street from the Lemon Bay Sunrise Park on Lemon Bay. It has a public Boat launch and park. The cottage is very well appointed and updated with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It has ample parking for up to 4 cars , a boat and trailer.

The property was clean. It is a very old building with no plugs in the bedrooms and extension cords to the bathroom and living room TV. The bathroom was off the living room via a laundry room. Transition to rooms was uneven. No bureaus for clothes and no closet space except in the laundry room. The kitchen had been update.The property is between two commercial businesses and abuts 776.Not up to our standards, but I blame myself for not asking questions more questions.
