Staff was really good and helpful. Property needs a repair. Especially the room upstairs had dampness and associated smell. AC wasn’t working well enough as well. The power used to get trip every time, when using devices such as hair dryer . Since the living area is open, there were too many mosquitoes around, maybe due to frequent rain. Since the property is bit inside from the main road and the path leading to property is quite narrow, many times taxis refuse to go inside and we need to walk to the property from main road. The path also need mowing, as the grass were all over the place, which made it dangerous while walking especially in night as there is no light and complete dark patches. Overall i would prefer something else next time.

Excellent communication with the housekeeping staff who were also very friendly and helpful. The villa is huge with a luxurious feel, everything you could need is provided here. The rooms were spotless and if we wanted we could have had it cleaned daily. We decided to have it done every other day as we were there for respite and needed privacy and peace. The location is perfect for the beach. It was a 10 minute walk, a little precarious in places but easy to get to. There is also a shortcut to the high street where there is a mini mart and other bars and cafes. We were rewarded with a bbq due to our long stay which was delicious. The team came to the villa and cooked for us. So much food! We did have a couple of issues, first was there isna water pump that runs intermittently but runs all day and night. It was pretty loud in the upstairs room sonI couldn't sleep. Such a shame, as this is the only bedroom with a TV. Main issue was with noise from the workmen at the temple which is part of the next villa (Villa Elyse). It is right next to the garden and there was a lot of work going on to put uo a structure for a ceremony. So that disrupted one day. The next day (our last) the workers took down the structure wi th so much noise, starting early and finishing late! They even ate lunch on the porch. They were using the alley next to the bathrooms and were very loud. Took the shine off a beautiful holiday. Beautiful villa but we wouldn't go back due to this.
