This beautiful property is located at the Hope Lake Lodge which is a luxurious, upstate hotel, beautifully situated on Hope Lake in the Virgil Valley of the Finger Lakes Region. Boasting a "green" status, this property offers tons of excitement and adventure paired with amazing amenities and relaxation facilities. Sleeps 6 up to 10 people (9 Max Adult). Our condo features:
• 1st Bedroom: 2 Queen beds
• 2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa
• Living area: Large river rock Fireplace, TV, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa
• Private Balcony with seating
• Fully-equipped kitchen, Dining table with seating
• 3 Bathroom: Shower/tub combination in the master, 2nd and 3rd have shower and vanity
Additional amenities you’ll find at Hope Lake Lodge include:
• Mountain bike rentals (March - October)
• Coin operated laundry on the first floor
• ATM in the lobby
• Great for conferences and banquets - they cater

• Cribs (no charge) and rollaway beds (nominal charge) are available first come first serve
• Damage deposit of $100 for damage protection charge will be collected

Very nice property, looks like a hotel, but is actually a group of timeshare condos. We had a 2 bedroom unit with a living room kitchen area and three full bathrooms. One bedroom had a balcony that overlooks the pool area. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, plates, however no spices, etc that are typically left in other rentals. The pool area is nice, but be warned it is also used by non-renters, so it was very crowded with kids from the nearby area.
