About this house rental
This beautiful large 2 story home is set back off the main highway, snuggled back in the woods. Home includes all modern amenities, including gorgeous hardwood floors, 4 large bedrooms (master bedroom - 2 queen size beds, bedroom 2 - 2 twin beds, bedroom 3 -1 queen bed, bedroom 4 - 1 queen bed, all rooms have large closets and dressers. 3 full baths all have tub/shower combos, towels/washcloths and laundry baskets. Large full kitchen - includes all dishes, utensils, coffee pot, microwave, side by side refrigerator, stove/oven combo, and island bar with 3 stools. Dinning room right off the kitchen that seats 6. Large living room with a hide away bed and and a couch that also is a bed with charging ports and a family room. Laundry room has washer and dryer, both are front loaders. There are ceiling fans, stand fans and fans. Air conditioners in the bedrooms. Nice front and back porch with outdoor furniture, large yard with a propane grill. Enjoy the sounds of nature and the running of the beautiful fishing stream right off the back yard, or enjoy a nature walk down the Catherine Valley Trail, a short walking distance from the front door. Air conditioners added to the living tooms in 2023. The house is located about 8 miles from Seneca Lake.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book this house again! It was the perfect size for our group: 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that gave everyone plenty of space to spread out.The house was spotless when we arrived, the owners take great pride in maintaining the property. We appreciated the air conditioning and fans throughout the house, which kept everyone comfortable during the hot summer weekend.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for a large group. The outdoor propane grill, back porch, and fire pit made for great evenings together, and having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus after spending our days exploring the Finger Lakes.The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The owner was incredibly responsive, friendly, and quick to answer every question we had before and during our stay.Overall, this home had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing weekend. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place for a large group, highly recommend staying here!

We had a group of 10 family members who were in town for a family funeral. The house is very spacious and the way the house is laid out made it private and extremely comfortable. My daughter, son-in-law and two young children had their own separate wing with a private bath. Huge 2 queen room had plenty of space for the toddler’s pack ‘n play, too. The 2nd level with 2 queen bedrooms shared a bath and the 2 twin room, located on the first floor had access to the 3rd full bath. Two living rooms allowed for separation, when needed. We used the grill and the kids played on the lawn, which borders Catherine Creek. The house was spic ‘n span and beds were very comfortable. The setting was private and perfectly located for all planned activities in Montour Falls and Watkins Glen. Our host was gracious and immediately responded to a message during our stay. We will most assuredly come back again. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay. The place was just as nice as the pictures. Plenty of room to spread out. Communication with Charles & Tammy was great. We would highly recommend staying here.
