Really nice and clean rooms. It’s near a main road however wasn’t noisy at all. Would stay there again no questions asked.

The daytime staff here were very friendly (and apologetic), but the afterhours duty manager I dealt with when checking in late was the most vile human being with the most putrid attitude I have ever experienced from anyone, let alone from someone in hospitality. In my confirmation email, receipt, or booking management portal, there was absolutely no mention anywhere of a reception closure time. I also never received any kind of pre-checkin information from the hotel with any kind of instruction or direction, I only ever received my automated email from Agoda. After driving 3 hours, we found that reception was closed when we arrived, though there was a number for an afterhours duty manager, which we called unsuccessfully 11 times while also pressing the doorbell as directed by the signage. With nowhere else to go, we contacted Agoda who eventually got in touch with the property, who declined allowing us to check in due to arriving late. I called the hotel one last time to be met with the most insulting conversation where the person on duty spoke like dirt, accused me of not knowing how to check in to a hotel, berated me for expecting her to wait by the front door for us to arrive (literally no one asked for this), stating that the reception closure times were EVERYWHERE (except for where they actually counted - in an email to the customer) and that next time I need to learn how to do things properly. Eventually she gave me the FIVE DIGIT CODE TO GET MY KEY which is the ONLY THING she ever needed to do in the first place. So basically I sat in the car for an hour waiting for her to answer, finally got through, and instead relaying 5 numbers across the phone - or god forbid, before we even arrived, she declined our check-in to Agoda and then berated me on the phone. She would not be calmed, she spoke over me the entire time, and it was so aggressive that the next day I was so anxious about speaking to reception that I broke down in tears when someone actually apologised to me. There is not a job I have worked in my life where I wouldn't be fired on the spot for speaking to a customer like this, and if that isn't the case here there is something incredibly wrong. There needs to be something serious done about this person - their attitude does not align with the value of any business and I can assure this will happen to someone else. Describing this encounter as absolutely disgusting and unacceptable would be gross understatements.
