This property was exactly as listed. It was clean and ready when we arrived. Check-in process was easy. Neighborhood was quite and safe. So many local businesses close by. Was within walking distance to where we wanted to go. Will defiantly use again when in area!

Two story condo that's clean and perfect location to University of Texas. Two adults on business near the University and can't be happier at the walking distance to UT. No complaints. Just Perfect.

Great spot for long weekend in Austin. Walking distance to UT stadium…unit is brand new and with it a few check in snafus. It appears when they work out the kinks it will be a smoother entry. We had to do little things like take tape off coffee pot and dishwasher because no one used it before us. Quick ride, Uber, or scooter down to Austin’s incredible downtown. Great tacos and Tortas in the building along with coffee shop. We would highly recommend unit for a stay in Austin!!
