About this house rental
This house is placed in a perfect location just a minute from the oldest town in Tennessee (Jonesborough). The house is placed in a quite neighborhood filled with wonderful neighbors, a circular neighborhood (great/safe for walks in the morning and evening). The house has a cute front porch where you can sit and enjoy the peace and quite while you sip your coffee while watching the squirrels, birds, hummingbirds and rabbits. Depending on what time of year you are here the front porch is decorated for that season. You can also sit inside the screened in porch located on the side of the house where you can still see the front view and the back view of the woods/trees. Great place to sit and have your breakfast. This is a 1 level house so no worries about stairs (few steps to get in side). Laundry is located just off of the kitchen. There is a large sectional couch that seats many with a 55" TV. Free wireless Internet. Dinning room has a table for 4 -6 and a nook for 2 more. 1st bedroom has a twin size trundle bed. Full size bathroom directly across from 1st bedroom. 2nd room has a Queen bed with an adjustable base and walk in closet. This room also has a 42" TV. 3rd room is the Master with private bath and walk in closet and 42" TV. There is a carport outside with two ceiling fans and a sitting place. Parking is big enough for 4 cars but we have parked 6 before. There is a basketball hoop in the driveway. This is a non-smoking residence.
