The Open Dining Area, conveniently located just off the kitchen, provides ample space for shared meals and engaging conversations. With 5 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths, the home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, ensuring a restful night's sleep with fresh linens and cozy bedding. Throughout the home, you'll find charming details like hardwood floors, updated design, and thoughtful touches, creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire house, including five private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Relax in the living area with a TV and wireless internet. Outside, you can enjoy the fire pit in the backyard, and outdoor seating. Please note that the driveway is private and offers comfortable parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Our home is tucked away on a quiet back road, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything you need. Just a 7-minute drive from East Tennessee State University (ETSU) and 10 minutes from Downtown Johnson City, you’ll have quick access to campus events, local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and all the charm of downtown.

Getting Around:
This home offers easy access to local amenities and attractions. You'll find restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping just a 10–15 minute drive away. Downtown Johnson City and East Tennessee State University (ETSU) are also a short drive, perfect for exploring the area. Public transportation options are limited in this area, so a car is recommended for getting around.

PET INFORMATION:
While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.
We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, and NO cats or birds, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.

We give our guests space and privacy, so we do not meet in person, but we’re always just a message away! Our team is available through the booking platform to answer any questions or assist during your stay. For urgent needs, we also provide an emergency contact number.
