In a few minutes of walking you will be in the Old Nice or on the Place Du Pin (trendy district of Nice).

Nestor & Jeeves Service = excellent from the first moment we booked the appartement, during our vacation and after leaving Nice.
The 'Nestor & Jeeves'-App was a perfect support, too.
The appartement was 100% as described:
Clean, well equipped, perfect location (close to old town, Promenade des Anglais, tram, public undeground car park directly opposite, etc., etc., etc.)
I can only recommend 'Nestor & Jeeves'!!!
Of Course, 'Nestor & Jeeves' will be my first choice for my next holiday in NICE.
And 'Thanks' to the entire 'Nestor & Jeeves'-team for making our holiday perfect!!!

Lovely apartment. The location was excellent, really close to the tram and a lovely stroll into the old town. There are some lovely little bars in the location too. The apartment is really nice, decor is as the photos. The building is a little shabby and didn't smell great but when you walk into the apartment it's a different story. It was spotless, the shower is really good, rooms are spacious and it had everything we need. It was a little expensive and we had to pick up the keys in a different location and as it was late at night, we got a taxi from the airport and he waited for us to bring us to the apartment but it wasn't far. The tram goes right to the airport so we were just being safe as we didn't know where we were going. I would definitely stay here again and Nice is amazing.

Beautifully renovated. Close to tram and easy walk to shops and restaurants.
Only small things. Coat rack in the hallways hits the door when it opens. More power outlets (or add power strips) throughout appartment would be nice - could not charge phone and have nightstand lamp on.
