When you're ready to hit the beach, simply step out the back door and enjoy your own private beach access!
When you're done at the beach, head back to the house and rinse off in the convenient Outdoor Shower. Or simply take a dip in the large Private Pool and then unwind in the cozy Hot Tub. Inside, a spacious Game Room features a Pool Table, a Wet Bar with a refrigerator and icemaker, and a comfy Den with a TV to watch your favorite shows or movies. Also located on this level is a bedroom with 2 Twin beds, a Queen Bedroom, a King Bedroom, and a Full Hallway Bathroom.

We rented Sand Pebble for our family gathering. Our 3 children and all our grandchildren...A total of 20 of us.Several 20 year old and a 9 and a 12 year old.The house and it's location offered something for all of us.Great beach access and the pool was large and very nice.The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of seating for us all.It's a short distance to most anything you would want or need.The property management was very good in communication and very prompt and courteous taking care of a couple minor issues for us.After our second installment we were told that no personnel items were supplied....They really mean it! One roll of toilet paper and paper towel...no soap, for 20 people who converged on the house after long road trips.......Our only suggestion would be that at 3000/night at least one roll of toilet paper and a hotel size soap in each bathroom would not be too much to supply for a starter.Just be sure you come with your supplies. We had our paper products but were short on soap.We all loved the house and would highly recommend it for any family or large group.

Amazing location, big house and very well equipped… we loved the pool, hot tub and the easy/short access to the beach!
Very nice kitchen and dining set. The kids loved the bunch bed rooms!
The only thing is, the house is outdated, beds and bathrooms are just old and well used! Squeaky beds, uneven mattress and dripping faucets.

Check-in was fine after I called and was assisted. There was some confusion with early check-in. The main floor (top), was equipped with a 5,000 btu window a/c unit. This was disappointing due to not keeping it cool enough. Even more disappointing that the property manager never returned my three phone calls. Nevertheless, we had a great vacation. I would suggest replacing all of the broken chairs around the pool. Thankfully we had our own. Beautiful home, just disappointed with the lack of communication.
