The living area features rich, warm earth tones with brand new wide plank luxury vinyl wood flooring and shiplap walls offering the feel of a home rather than a villa. Enjoy engaging evening entertainment with a large, wall mounted 55” Smart TV to stream your favorite programs with your Netflix, Amazon or other streaming accounts. The all new interior features a brand new chef's kitchen anchored by a center island with bar seating with stylish upgrades including Calacatta Gold Quartz countertops, beautiful custom cabinetry and a Keurig for coffee lovers.
2904 Atrium comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms, both with ceiling fans. The guest suite off the living area is professionally decorated with two queen beds with custom, high quality bedding for a restful night's sleep, storage built-ins in the bedroom closet, and a large Smart TV mounted on the wall for bedroom viewing. The ensuite bathroom is completely new and includes a large, custom tile shower and custom cabinet vanity and mounted makeup mirror. The king guest suite is furnished with a custom, upholstered headboard, high quality bedding and a brand new ensuite bath with a custom tile shower. This spacious suite offers a large desk where you can set up a computer workstation for remote working with captivating views of Ocean Winds golf course. This space makes this villa a great option for long term stays on Seabrook Island or an extended workcation! The high efficiency washer/dryer laundry room is off the second bedroom.

Location is exceptional - beautiful view of the golf course from all windows! Across the street is awesome pool and beach, steps away from golf clubhouse and practice facility. We will be back!

If I could give this property a 10, I would! It is stunning! The remodel is incredible! We stayed at the villa for a wedding and it did not disappoint. While on the property, I had to work and my view of the golf course in the master suite was not to be dismissed! We enjoyed evenings/nights on the deck drinking wine and watching the golfers and spending time with other family. Had I not had to work, I would have been golfing myself!
The kitchen was beautiful and had all things needed in a kitchen. The guest bedroom was just as gorgeous as the master suite. The bathrooms... so nice!
My family that stayed in other villas were so jealous of our villa. :) They want to rent this villa in the future!
The only thing I would change is the picture that comes up on VRBO! It does NOT do it justice!
My only other question... are you selling the property?? I am interested! :)
