2258 Rolling Dunes is a lovely North Beach vacation home in an exceptional Seabrook Island location just a 5 minute walk to the beach. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home boasts beautiful updates throughout with a workstation for working from the beach, a screened porch, open deck and BBQ grill for outdoor living, and amenity cards for the Seabrook Island Club.
This North Beach vacation home offers exceptional value for 4 bedrooms and amazing beach proximity. This reverse floor plan features the living areas upstairs. The living room has hardwood flooring and soaring, vaulted ceilings with a ceiling fan for great air circulation. The sofas are super comfortable and the huge HDTV offers Comcast cable channels with DVD and enhanced sound for fun movie nights and exciting sports program viewing. The deck off the living area is a great place to relax and catch ocean breezes. The kitchen is nicely updated and has everything you need for in house dining. There are two dining areas, an eat-in kitchen table and a larger table in the dining area with a pass through to the kitchen. A full size washer/dryer is conveniently located on the lower level.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a beautifully updated bathroom with a custom tile shower.

Had a lovely trip to Seabrook, the house was a perfect location on North Beach. We could walk to beach very easily. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We had an issue with one toilet and someone was there immediately to work on it. Will definitely be back

This property is very nice and in a great location. It’s a quick walk to the beach. Checking in and out was super easy. Our only regret was that we didn’t have more time to spend at Seabrook and this fantastic property.
