This beachside getaway is what dreams are made of. In charming, peaceful Corlette, life has a more relaxed pace, where it's either thongs or walking shoes (with sand on them, of course) and everyone says hi.
Beautifully renovated and completely refurbished, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex is ideally located to discover the local area. Enjoy fabulous water views from your balcony, the bushland of Corlette Point at your backyard and having the beach, park and The Anchorage marina all just an easy stroll away.

Cool and modern décor welcomes you into the light-filled, air-conditioned open living space. Sink into the plush lounge to chat or watch your favourite shows on the enormous Smart TV with soundbar and Wifi. Books and board games are supplied to help you make the most of your time away.
A wall of glass opens right up to the spacious balcony boasting a BBQ, 8-seater dining table and spectacular views of the nearby ocean and surrounding area. There is no better place to be at sundown, watching unforgettable sunsets over the water as the lovely colours filter their way in through the living room.
The stylish, fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and coffee machine - everything you want, really. Your gourmet meals can be enjoyed dining at the stunning contemporary dining table that seats 6.
The fenced backyard truly shines. A large paved area with seating offers a practical space to relax alfresco while lovely plants and garden decorations make the space cosy in the most wonderful way. Towering trees from the bushland the house backs on create a peaceful ambiance while the tall hedge offers additional privacy - you'll relish your hours spent in this gorgeous green space. There is even a lemon tree to season your seafood fresh from the sea, or better yet, to add a little zing to a refreshing cocktail.

Very nice property in a very quiet street.
Nicely decorated, spacious light filled house, comfortable beds. Very well appointed. Location close to nearby beaches and only a short drive to either Salamander shops or into Nelson Bay.
We enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony in the late afternoon having a glass of wine and some nibbles watching the sun set over the water.

Easy 5-10 mins to Corlette beach, however it was MUCH longer than the suggested walk to the Salamander beach! More like 15? (<: But we made it and came a different way home. Both good bay beaches offering shade and quiet space.
