Position, layout of the property, nice and spacious

Very spartan supplies, for example 1 sachet of powder for dishwasher. I would rather pay extra for enough supplies for the time I am staying. You cannot buy dishwasher tabs in small quantities. Minimal toilet paper, again I’d be happy to pay for sufficient supply, especially as we are travelling. No hairdryer,unheard of these days. Deep clean needed, oven was dirty, dust and grime under the glass table tops, washing machine had a very crusted powder dispenser, chopping boards were disgusting and unhygienic. Frypans had peeling interiors. Range hood was sticky and smelly. Dryer would not work, until I removed the built up lint from the filters. I paid good money and left the property clean, I expect the same in return!

Location was good with front and back access!

We didn’t enjoy the beds at all, very uncomfortable! Thin and if I moved so did my husband and I am 60kgs! Make sure you read the fine print you need to take all bedding sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels, bath mats (this is 💯 required getting in and out of main shower upstairs as very slippery) and this includes even tea towels no wonder some of the kitchen wear was not clean! We also received a call on the Friday to ask & advise the lawns are getting mowed at 9am Saturday really not sure why this isn’t arranged prior to a 3pm check in, it’s not like we were staying for a week! No seating of any sorts outdoors which it really needs in a holiday home. You also need to pick up and drop off keys in Nelson’s bay from real estate, staff on arrival were not friendly zero smile, zero hello and appeared to have zero interest! I have over 50+ prior booking with bookings.com and I think this is a first for the above it’s not like it’s a cheap property!

great size and location

property could have been cleaner. arrived to spiders in bathrooms and sand on floors. kitchen stove and range hood was not usable due to being so grimy. overall the property needs a really good spring clean. windows and tracks were very dirty. the vacuum cleaner in property did not work well as was not emptied and items stuck from previous uses. for price per night wifi could have been provided.

Such a good location, easy walking distance to Corlette shops, not far to drive into Nelson Bay and Salamander Bay Square. The property was very spacious and modern. We are a family and the kids had a room each, the property was quite large.

The garage door at the property did not work so we could not go in and out of the garage freely. It was stated that there was no Wifi, however the phone reception was so bad we hardly got any service for our mobile internet. The kids tv room came right off the garage so it was freezing and that room didn't have heating.
