Historic tree lined street centrally located with fully fenced pet friendly yard with bbq grill and fire pit, fully stocked kitchen, private parking and the whole cozy basement apartment all to yourself with everything you'll need for your stay...Easy 2 minute walk across the street for groceries, coffee shops, pharmacy, and many restaurants! The street is very family friendly and you can enjoy a stroll around the block under the canopy of trees or relax in the park a block away

Communication with the host was smooth and timely, and check-in was super easy. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Just a heads-up for future guests: it was a bit chilly inside, especially at night, so pack some warm layers just in case. That said, it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. Would absolutely book again!

Clean and neat. Owner provides too many ammentities to list. Back yard is very nice and a pleasant space. The unit is spacious and homie.
