Ice maker takes tp long for ice

I didn't hear any other hotel noise even though I was on the first floor near the front desk. Bathroom was roomy with plenty of towels. Bed could have used a little more structure, but I slept well.

I didn't see the pet fee on the original booking, so $20/night was a shock. The beds are mostly blocked to cats crawling underneath, but there are gaps at the head. They came out eventually. Very nice accommodation that I recommend to travelers with pets. Fresh cookies are a nice touch.

I was very disappointed in this property. The rooms have a kitchen but not a single dish. What’s a stove for if you can’t use it. Nothing was in the cupboards! When you rent a room with these kitchen facilities, I think it’s fair to expect to use them. When I asked the front desk, I was told no dishes due to OSha, stating because they can’t be sanitized without a dishwasher in the room. They said they had some dishes they could loan us, including paper products. 💁And when asked about an ice machine, I was told that I was suppose to have turned on my ice machine in the fridge in the room. No ice machine in the entire facility. Isn’t that a basic offering in a hotel? Travelers need ice to replenish coolers on road trips! Honestly, I am super easy to please , but this place was an absolute disappointment.
