ARRADON village, new independent garden level housing of 42 m2 with garden-patio. Ideally located close to shops, beaches, tourist places, water activities, etc... Accessible to people with reduced mobility. Quality services.

- Kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, daily utensils and crockery, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle...
- A bedroom with a double bed and dressing room.
- A "mountain" corner with two bunk beds.
- A living room with a 2-seater sofa bed.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
- Enclosed south-facing garden-patio with garden table, armchairs and barbecue.
ON FOOT:
- 1 minute from the bus stop (VANNES center every 20 minutes).
- 2 minutes from the town centre (bakeries, butcher, tobacconist, grocery store, restaurants, creperie, tea room, bike rental...). Market on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
- 10 minutes from the Super U (pizzeria, dry cleaner, shoemaker, hairdresser...).
- 15 minutes from the Pointe D'ARRADON (port, nautical base, Ile aux Moines pier, restaurants, beach). Free shuttle in July and August.
BY CAR:
- 10 km from VANNES (port, old quarters, ramparts, Gulf Islands pier).
- 10 km from BADEN (Port Blanc, Gulf Islands pier, Bluegreen Golf).
- 15 km from AURAY (port of St Goustan, old quarters).
