The independent apartment from the rest of the property is composed as follows:
- a large fitted kitchen / living room: hob with extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, plancha.
- a master bedroom with a double bed and a large storage cupboard with wardrobe.
- a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a cot and a storage cupboard with wardrobe.
- a bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower and a washing machine.
- a separate toilet
In front of the picture windows in the living room you will enjoy a pleasant terrace with a view of the garden. Facing south, and sheltered by vegetation, the latter is equipped with a garden furniture, an electric blind and deckchairs.
The spacious, pleasant and bright apartment will satisfy your desire for rest and calm.
Access to the sea is by footpath in less than 2 minutes.
The village and its many shops is accessible 800m. Tuesday and Friday morning market.
If you like hiking, the apartment is located at the start of many coastal paths.

Nous avons séjourné du 9 au 16 avril 2011 dans cette superbe propriété, très fleurie grâce aux soins assidus de Madame ; nous avons été reçus par des propriétaires charmants et ouverts. Nous étions en couple. Le site est remarquable, calme, et la propriété a vue sur mer. Les balades sont de toute beauté. L'appartement est luxueux et impeccable. L'endroit est un endroit idéal pour passer de merveilleuses vacances en Bretagne. Les commerces sont proches de la maison. Aucune hésitation a avoir pour cette location, elle est formidable.
