House Rules:
1. The person booking the reservation must be present at the property for
the duration of the reservation.
2. Please state the reason for your visit and where you are visiting from.
3. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and backyard. Smoking is only
allowed in front of the property when garage and front door remain
closed.
4. Please take out all trash prior to check-out. Trash bins to be set on the
street Sunday or Monday nights.
5. Lock all windows and doors whenever leaving the premises.
6. No Parties or large gatherings.
Please Note:
> Failure to abide by these rules will result in additional fees applied if any damages occur.
> Bath towels and toilet paper is supplied enough for short stays (3-4 days).
Longer stay guests will need to purchase additional supplies if needed.
> Please bring your own bar of soap, body wash, and personal
toiletries.
** EARLY CHECK-INS are free and only available upon request and availability.
** LATE CHECK-OUTS - Additional fee of $35 per hour, up to 4 hours after 11am and must be approved by Host the night before checking out.
This home has 4 outdoor security cameras along with a Ring doorbell for your safety. Don't Worry! NO cameras are inside the property.

OMG! Such an adorable hidden gem! Place is exactly as shown in the pictures! PERFECT place to stay for Taylor Swift concert at the NRG. It was close to the stadium, close to Target and Kroger. We ate at Snooze and Star Pizza - again, both were nearby. We used the garage door opener, unloaded the girls safely in the garage. Master bedroom and bath were big enough for all the girls to hang out in and get ready together - my daughter said she wants to stay there again. My boyfriend and I enjoyed sitting outside in the adorable patio, listening to music. My daughter's friends stayed at a hotel near NRG. Hotel was within walking distance but wasn't very nice inside. This is A Great place, better price than a hotel for 6 girls and parents. I'd recommend this place for ANY event, but Especially an event at NRG stadium.

We had a few issues on check in but the host was in constant communication with me all weekend. Things were out of her control and she took care of us. The people who stayed before us trashed the place however the host found us alternative accommodations quickly and resolved the issue. We truly appreciated her honesty throughout the process.
