The 3-bedroom, 3 full bath, and 2 half-bath home can accommodate 8 guests comfortably which makes it perfect for a family or group of friends to escape together for a super fun beach vacation in La Paz.

(Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).

For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a complimentary cleaning service each Friday. Additionally, the pool service will also be carried out on Fridays. Both of these services will only be scheduled after receiving your approval.

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.
Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.

We enjoyed the property for just over a week. The garden is great, it attracts many birds. The kids got to run around on the paths. The pool, while not heated, was warm enough to cool off in & play without it being uncomfortable too quickly. The sunsets were great too, and it's within walking distance of the Malecon, shops, and many restaurants.The only thing to note, which we knew ahead of time from other reviews, was that there is live outdoor music in the area (e.g. casa fandango). This means that you can hear in particular "bass sounds" in the two rooms closer to the pool. So you'll only notice it if you're sensitive to that type of noise (I would move those folks to the room closest to the kitchen). Some of our party took earplugs and white noise machines and they were fine. The good news is, that there isn't music every night, and if it was on, things ended generally around 11pm, with latest going to 1:30am on Friday & Saturday nights. All in all, this didn't ruin our stay at all - would stay here again.In terms of the kitchen, it generally had everything we needed. I suggest that they sharpen the kitchen knives, as they were a little dull. We used whatsapp to message the caretaker about getting more trash bags (we knew a little Spanish to ask), and otherwise communication wasn't an issue via VRBO.

Had a really nice stay ,lots of areas in the garden to sit and enjoy a peaceful hideaway in the city. Loved that each room had a bathroom with shower. Only negative was the 10am checkout time. The secure carport was a pulse too cause finding a parking spot in the downtown area can be a problem.

The house has an authentic Mexican feel, and the patio with the pool was lovely. Our granddaughter spent many hours romping happily in it. Terrific location, just a couple of blocks from The Malecon and close to all sorts of great restaurants.
