Casa Josefa

The house has everything a family or medium-sized group needs. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The deck and pool are such a great asset. Ricardo was responsive to issues. The kitchen was equipped well to allow cooking many meals and the deck was such a nice place to enjoy them. There was a charcoal bbq we could use. I would recommend this property and would stay here in the future. The location was excellent

It was frustrating to have to ask for hot water to be turned on every other day. It was not fun to be ready to get in the shower early in the morning and find no hot water, then wait until a polite time of day to ask, then wait for the repair, then wait for the water to heat. The floors and carpets were very dirty. We washed them twice at the beginning of the stay - but I understand this is a bit of a cultural difference. We don't wear shoes inside, and most people do in Mexico. The rest of the house (beds and bathrooms) seemed clean. There are no laundry facilities (but the property is transparent about that) and I didn't notice which is on me so we had to sort that out during our 12-day stay.
