The pool opens from 6am-10pm but gym remains close to further notice. Limited to 80 person only in the whole outdoor pool area. Guest need to be fully vaccinated and show the proof before access.
- Do you provide parking?
No, parking isn’t available at the building. There is an ACE parking at 129 Kavanagh Street and Paid 3 hours street parking are around the block
-Is there a balcony?
No. Balcony isn't available.
-What's the sleeping arrangement?
Queen bed in room 1. Double bed in room 2.
- What's the address of the apartment?
Melbourne Square, 18 Hoff Boulevard, Southbank. Level 42.
- Is the room shared?
No, the guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.
- What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Check-out can be extended to 11.30am for an additional $20.
- Can guests check-in early?
Early check-in is subject to availability. We are happy to let our guests in as soon as the cleaning is finished. We can't guarantee a time but we can keep you updated on the day.

Self check-in using keysafe.

Great little apartment, so close to everything and the most breathtaking views.
A few hiccups on checking in with access keys but property manager responded immediately and sorted it for us.
Very clean and beautifully presented.
Would definitely stay there again when we visit Melbourne.
