A beautiful two-bedroom apartment close to the metro station and in the center of one of the most popular areas of Athens.
We are professional hosts for over 5 years with a great experience. Also, we are locals and we live in Athens our whole life and we are willing to help you to explore the city and learn how locals live in modern Athens.
Today Koukaki takes its name from the famous bed factory owner Georgios Koukakis, who housed the business in the space that would later be taken (in 1893 specifically) by Karolos Fix to expand the iconic brewery business. Koukaki from a small and medium-sized neighborhood and in its entire range, from the expensive side to the peripheral of Filopappos to Syngrou and its narrows, within two years, was completely transformed. In fact, a global survey by in 2015, based on the impressions of 40 million travelers from 150 countries, highlighted Koukaki as the sixth most interesting neighborhood in the world.
