The house was lovely, the view was incredible, and the privacy was perfect. My friends and I really enjoyed this place for our trip. But what really made it special were the extra touches that were left for us. Sweet Tea, a bucket of treats and a welcome card. We had a lovely time, thank you.

Our group of 3 couples loved everything about Rocky Top. It is by far the best VRBO experience I have ever had! The house was spotless and very well-equipped in every way. The furnishings were top notch and very comfortable. What puts Rocky Top over-the-top, though, were all the extra touches not required but so appreciated: the welcome basket filled with items of local flair, the iced tea in the fridge, the fresh flowers upstairs and down, the cute little Halloween decorations here and there. Brian and Amy really do an outstanding job as hosts! We hope to come back soon!

This is a beautiful house and surroundings. Great views of the mountains from most rooms/areas of the house. Communication with the owner was excellent. Small details, such as spare toothbrushes and razors were provided, along with a nice welcome basket. There is a large 2 car garage for parking.
We plan to return in the future. I highly recommend.
