The studio is located in a private villa with a tropical garden. A couple of caretakers live permanently in the villa, for your peace of mind and at your disposal for any advice or needs. Villa Preciosa is located in the Dominicus Americanus residential complex, which is a beautiful residential area named after Playa Dominicus, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Caribbean Sea.
