The studio is located in a private villa with tropical garden. A couple of caretakers live permanently in the villa, at your greater tranquility and at your disposal for any advice or need. Villa Preciosa is located in the residential complex of Dominicus Americanus, which is a beautiful residential area named after the Playa Dominicus, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Caribbean Sea. The always calm sea, the shallow waters, the white sand, the transparent water and the always warm temperature make this stretch of coast the sunniest in the whole Dominican Republic, thanks to the particular microclimate of this area. The Dominicus Americanus is also located near the National Park of`Este protected area that safeguards the Isla Saona, an unspoilt island favorite destination of many tourists who come from all over the world to spend a day on its beautiful beaches swimming in its crystal clear waters admiring the incredible marine fauna and flora. The residential area is only 25 km. from the airport of La Romana and about 100 km. from the airports of Punta Cana and Santo Domingo and respectively 30 km from the city of La Romana and 35 km from that of Higuey.
