Xfinity cable + Netflix, propane BBQ grill, all kitchen essentials including blender, coffee maker. 2 queen beds, 1 full-twin bunk bed and 1 queen sofa bed. 2 cars securely parked inside fence gate with lock

This was an excellent stay. We came in on a rainy day. The garage made it so easy to unload out of the weather. We had all the codes well in advance. We really appreciated the house book written with all the info we needed. We had some quirks with the hot water but that could have been operator error and really not a big deal. We enjoyed our two night stay and would recommend to other travelers.

The house is small and quaint, but very nice and clean. Plenty of towels and other amenities that you need for a comfortable stay. The outside yard needs work. It detracts from how nice the house is inside. Get that taken care of and it would be a 5 star rating from me.
