Enjoy all that Boise has to offer in our Hillside Villa. Conveniently 8 min away from Downtown where you can enjoy an array of breweries and top restaurants. Here in our villa you will have everything you need to enjoy a weekend away with the family. Fly in from Boise airport (20min), catch a football game at Boise State University, hit the slopes at Bogus Basin (30min) or enjoy a quiet evening inside our villa with our full kitchen and fireplace *Long Term Tenant lives in the basement unit* There are two bedrooms on the main level and one bedroom up a small flight of stairs. The master bedroom includes a king sized bed, a couch with a small tv, and a soaker tub for the full experience. Guests will be able to drive right up to the front door to unload their luggage! The home is so charming on the inside and outside. Area is quiet and nice. Beds were comfy and loved the shower products (smell amazing).

Communication with the manager was wonderful. We reached out several times during our stay, and we had answers to our questions quickly.
The rental can be split into 2, but we rented both sections of the main living area which included 3 bedrooms and 2 bath along with the living a kitchen area. There is a long-term rental in the basement as well. Beds were comfortable and the location was nice. Boise State University is a 10 minute drive from the property. We enjoyed our time in Boise!

The online description of property was not accurate. It says that it sleeps 7 with the 3 bedrooms. I would assume the 7th sleeping arrangement would be a pull out couch. Instead one of our guests had to sleep on the couch. Had we known we would have brought a blow up bed.
I also would have liked to know that there are permanent tenants living in the house. This would have changed our reservation.
Finally, the yard both in the front and back was overgrown with weeds.
