Welcome to Chassagne-Montrachet, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune and its great wines.
Come discover our beautiful region in this magnificent, fully renovated 400-square-meter home with 5 large en-suite bedrooms, located in the heart of the vineyards with a splendid view of the Chassagne vineyards.
Just 15 minutes from Beaune and right on the “voie verte” with its 330 km of bike paths.
In this peaceful setting, you’ll enjoy all the activities Burgundy has to offer.
We provide bicycles so you can enjoy the 330 km of bike paths (starting right at the house).
Eight bicycles are loaned free of charge and are not inspected between rentals.Therefore, please repair any damage you may have caused for the benefit of future guests. The house has a locked garage large enough for one vehicle.
You can park three vehicles on the street in front of the house, and a free parking lot in front of the church, 100 meters from the house, is available.
Less than a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find the gourmet restaurant ED EM (1 Michelin star), the restaurant La Cabane, and the Chassagne municipal wine cellar—the perfect place to start your wine testings.

Entrance leading to the living area, a 100 m² living-dining room with direct access to the terrace. Separate 30 m² kitchen, fully equipped with a double dishwasher, steam oven, Nespresso machine… and direct access to the wine cellars.
On this level, there is a first en-suite bedroom with a double bed and its own shower room (24 m²) and a second en-suite bedroom of 30 m² with a double bed and its own shower room. It connects to a 20 m² living room converted into a bedroom with two single beds.
On the first floor, there is a first en-suite bedroom (20 m²) with a double bed and its own shower room.
A second en-suite bedroom (30 m²) with a double bed and its own shower room.
A small living room (30 m²) with a TV area and a kitchenette.
A third 30-square-meter en-suite bedroom with a double bed and its own shower room, connected to a bedroom with three single beds.

The property is just as it appears in the listing. Beautiful clean and so spacious - I needed a place for 8 adults and our 7 little kids and we never felt crowded ! Wonderful area in the vineyards. Rained but they had several bikes we could have borrowed to ride in better weather. When we had an issue one night - the concierge came right away and fixed the problem! Owner was kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend !
