Located 2 hours north of Lyon, the all-white Villa Molise is perfect for celebrating special occasions: birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or family gatherings. It’s the perfect example of everything a So Villa has to offer: an extraordinary garden with a terrace and a beautiful 8m x 4m pool! Its special bonus: the sauna! It also features a dining room for 30 people and a game room with a foosball table, arcade machine, and poker table—where you can dance and party thanks to the powerful 100W speakers!

Totally smitten with the terrace—perfect for a super chill afternoon! We’ll kick things off with a big, hearty BBQ. Then we’ll let the food settle while lounging on the deck chairs! Then the fun just keeps rolling: games in the pool, a pétanque tournament, or a ping-pong round-robin! La Molise au Blanc is also part of our So Sweet Dreams villa collection! We award this label to villas equipped with the beds we’ve developed specifically for the So Villas experience! Not only are they incredibly comfortable, but they also ensure true privacy thanks to their curtains, which let you shut out the rest of the group. Even better, each bed comes with its own electrical outlet. So convenient for charging your phone without hogging your neighbor’s outlet!

The only small things we’ll ask of you are to please gather the dirty towels and sheets in the main room on the first floor when you leave, wash your dishes, and dispose of household trash and recyclables in the villa’s bins, and to drop off glass at the town’s collection point.

🔊 Cocktails, dinner, evening activities... and noise disturbances
Since the nearest neighbors are 300 meters away, there are no restrictions on music volume when you’re INSIDE the house, as long as the doors and windows are securely closed! Bringing your own speakers is strictly prohibited. Outside, you can have lunch, enjoy drinks, have dinner, or relax by the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 dB (the noise of a lawn mower) so as not to disturb others.
