Enjoy small, Midwest town hospitality in this ground floor apartment with private entrance.
Apartment has all the comforts of home and is ideal for stays of any length.
Visit the missile silo, go hunting/fishing, or come for work or family.

- Full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot (with coffee), and toaster
- Brand new queen size mattress
- Brand new Deluxe futon/couch
- In-suite Washer and Dryer free to use
- All linens and towels are provided
The apartment sleeps 4 people on 1 standard size Queen and 1 standard Full size when the Futon is lowered. Kitchen and bath are stocked with all you need to get started. Washer and Dryer are also in the unit and available free of charge.
You have the entire space to yourself. The only 'shared' space is the laundry room that is shared by two units with locking doors on either side. Both units have their own dedicated washer/dryer.
We will not bother you during your stay unless you request something. Note that we do not offer daily turndown service or mid-stay laundering, but self-service laundry is available at anytime free of charge.
Cooperstown is a rural, small, upper-midwest town. There's bars, a handful of restaurants, a Dollar General and grocery store - all within walking distance. Some of the nation's best hunting is close by as is the Luverne Wind Farm and the Cooperstown Medical Center and Griggs County Care Center.
There is no public transportation available in Cooperstown, but there are some private transportation options. While it is possible to stay here without a car as essential services are within reasonable walking distance, a car is close to essential with staying in Cooperstown.

Great base camp for our hunting trip. Comfortable beds, new linens, and well stocked kitchen. Location is nice and quite. Ample parking for 2 trucks with trailer. Big plus there was a hose outside to rinse down waders and other gear. We will stay again.

We came to Cooperstown for my siblings memorial/funeral service. We had Family that came from all over the U.S it was so comforting to have many of our Family staying here . We were working late into the night on last minute things so being close to each other was so nice. I was also able to view the other apartments they had rented. They were ALL Clean, Well Maintained ,Fully Stocked even had coffee & coffee filters .They were perfect hosts!! Made our stay so pleasant. If I could give them 10 stars I truly would !!! We will definitely be back to visit my parents & stay here forsure!!! Comfy bed as well & Perfect Pillows. The towels are fluffy too!! Perfect Home away from Home

The place was dirty, didn’t want to walk around without shoes. The ceiling fan was ready to fall out of the ceiling. We had a family gathering in the area, otherwise we wouldn’t have stayed.
