With amazing Gulf vistas and the shimmering sandy beach literally at your door, you can't get much closer to the sand and sea than this beautiful beachfront townhome in the popular 300 Ocean Mile community. It's as if the sea and sand are another room in the house! The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a community grill. The community pool entrance is nearby.
Open the digital lock and go up the stairs to the first level, where you will find the comfortable open plan living/dining/kitchen area, a half bath, and the beachfront deck. The home features tile/wood look flooring throughout the home. Stretch out to watch TV or listen to the stereo from the comfortable couches, one of which opens into a queen sleeper. Curl up in front of the electric fireplace on chilly nights. Whip up some margaritas and nachos in the well-equipped kitchen, while your sous chef hangs out at one of the counter bar stools, all while never losing sight of that sparkling blue sea. G-2 has a great view of the ocean, is so close to the water, and the back deck stairs are right next to the ramp to go out to the beach. The view from the top master bedroom deck is amazing. The deck furniture is nice. The outside of the unit and grounds are a little dated, but the inside of the unit is updated and very nice. Beds are nice, there are smart TV’s throughout the house. AC is great. The pool is small and nothing fancy, but my kids swam in it several times and it was never crowded. Overall we loved our stay here.
