Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Cute home. Comfortable for 3-4 adults. Or 2 adults and 4 kids. Convenient location. WiFi and AC were good. Clean when we arrived. Nice bathrooms.

It was a great place to stay and just a short drive to sleeping bear dunes. Easy ride on our bikes to the beach in Empire! Would definitely use this home again!

The house was perfect and everything was as expected. We were there to do some hiking, biking, kayaking, and enjoy the beach. This house was literally in the perfect location! You can bike from it to the heritage trail. You are also a ten minute drive from Glenn Arbor for shopping and restaurants on Glenn Lake in addition to being in the middle of sleeping Bear national lakeshore. We would totally go back and stay at this home.

The outside needed cleaned up bushes, hose, broken chair thrown in the bushes, spider webs all around the porch. It is the first thing you see so walking into the house you expect the same thing. The first thing I noticed was how filthy the couch was and no one would sit on it. The second thing was the spiders that were smooshed by something and left there on the ceiling. The beds were ok except the twins bed I shared that room with my sister, did not sleep at all the second night. The house could be very nice with just a few TLC touches.
