After the day's adventures, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV or head out for a nightcap on the breezy, private balcony. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

The primary suite features a large walk-in closet and private en suite equipped with a separate tub and shower. The second guest room also includes an en suite bathroom. A third bathroom is located in the hall for household use. All three bedrooms include their own smart TV.

Had an amazing stay at this property with my family of four with plenty of room for all of us. Michael was very responsive and very generous as well it was nice to stay at a nice, newer and clean property. Having 4 TV’s was such a bonus. Master bathroom was beautiful! Thank you Michael! Hope to come back one day.

Wow, home was super spacious! Better than expected. Neighborhood was safe, store right across the street and not far from bourbon street. The host was super accommodating and answered on the first call at check in! 3bd and 3 full bath! Definitely recommend! Washer machine, clean towels,sheets and good living room mirror for us picture takers

I contemplated before booking this property because previous reviews stated the neighborhood was a bit sketchy but know one mentioned any issues. So I decided to move forward mainly because it was cheaper than other places and the pics looked very nice. From the front pic the property appears to have a balcony porch. I didn't realize that it is a duplex and if your on the lower level there is no balcony. Parking can also be a problem at times because the street gets full since a local bar is located right near the corner of this street. The very first night of our stay, there were issues on the next block. There were about 6 police cars with sirens and lights on and they shut down the street due to some issue that we didn't even want to find out about. The next day there seemed to be some type of parade going on up the block and the moment went walked off the porch to leave for the day, some young teens decided to walk right on our porch and take pics and selfies as if they lived there.( we hadn't even pulled of in our car yet Smh....). The icing on the cake was on our very last night. Some random person decided to ring our doorbell at 4:24am and asked if we could come out and talk. I'm pretty sure that she was high or something and came to the wrong house.So yeah that's the reason why I say that you may want to think TWICE before booking this property!!
