Hello, the parking garage entry and exit is challenging, the card swipe equipment is too high to park or stop so it took me a while, also I asked for an hour extra for check out and the staff didn’t honor my request, this is the first hotel that didn’t allow an extra hour for check out so please consider my feedback

The front entry could have been a lot more cleaner begging with the welcome carpet. Parking was a bit confusing. Overall I do not stay long enough to enjoy the property to its fullest extent.
