About this house rental
One step inside this beautifully restored 1915 home you will be taken back in time. Surviving the changes of the 20th century, the house has kept its integrity and remains unchanged to its original form with a hint of modern touches to keep you comfortable.
The downtown district is one block from the house and is notable for its absence of large commercial signage, corporate franchise restaurants or chain retail stores. The Pinellas Trail, a 37-mile-long bicycle and pedestrian trail that spans all of Pinellas County north to south.
The home is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, wedding party housing or groups that wants to vacation together but still want complete privacy when you are in your own room. The main house Sleeps 10 + cottage sleeps 4. Option to rent without the use of the cottage, contact owner for details.

The Space
On the main level you will find a living room, dining room, full kitchen, office, half bath and laundry room. Feel free to whip up a morning breakfast in the gourmet kitchen or just have coffee with the use of the fully automatic espresso, coffee, cappuccino maker. The dining room has seating for 10 people to eat a great meal or to play a card game. The wrap around porch has plenty of room to spread out and relax on a lounge chair or the porch swing.
All of the 4 suites in the main house have their own private bath with Jacuzzi, small refrigerator, microwave, and high speed internet. You also have access to the 1 bedroom cottage that sleeps 4 out back with a private lanai and full kitchen.

Lovely home, clean, comfy, interesting decor. Golf cart was unavailable and bathroom shower was not working. These minor issues did not diminish our very enjoyable experience. I would recommend this prooerty without hesitation.

A magnificent home in everyway... kitchen, bathrooms, common areas, and bedrooms. The porch was super fun to sit out and just enjoy the day. Plenty of space and super close to town. My family really enjoyed our stay and would like to stay again.

Amazing! My family and I were in town to celebrate my youngest sons wedding. We felt like we were opening our own home to family and friends. No detail had gone untouched in this home. Morning coffee on the porch with my 83 year old parents- who stayed in the cottage was such a delight and blessing. Family wedding pictures on the front porch are gorgeous. The bride and groom even skipped a hotel stay to spend their wedding night- they loved it!!
Jennifer was quick to answer questions and give advise. I have been in hospitality for over 35 years and know the spirit of hospitality when I see it!!
This house is a dream!!I would recommend to Anyone and everyone who asks!
