About this house rental
Relax with the whole family in a magical Treehouse! Your day begins sipping coffee overlooking a beautiful fully stocked one acre pond surrounded by 60 foot plus pine trees.For a adventurous afternoon imagine fishing off your front deck and taking a ride on a canoe exploring the ponds unique features such as turtles, ducks and other wild life.Experience a beautiful sunset why`ll BBQing off the patio. Between the gigantic pines and pond with a fountain this makes for a perfect wedding venue!

your in a Treehouse if you have an insect issue and don`t like a little motion this house is not for you. No Refunds will be given.
RV`s on the back of the property along with 3 other cabins around the pond
Disclaimer:
The Treehouse is an adventure type setting! The Magical Treehouse is subject to light swaying in windy weather.
The pool is a shared pool. Please note that this pool is not your typical pool it has 60` + trees surrounding it. Please do not complain that there are leaves in the pool. It is serviced weekly.
There are neighbors (rv`s parked at the back of the property with a fence and trees separating them)
The house itself is private.
The Lonestar cabin is also located onsite here as well.
There are other cabins near by that are vacation rentals. please be respectful of your neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. wifi can be slow your in a forest!
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS BECAUSE THERE ARE BUGS, BEE`S, WASPS, SPIDERS ETC.. OR ANY OTHER INSECTS, WILDLIFE, OR NATURE AROUND THIS PROPERTY. WE ARE IN A FOREST!
There are storms in Texas that cause power outages. please check weather before booking as we don`t give refunds for such issues.

Cabin was clean. Out in the woods which is what we wanted. Located in an RV park somewhat isolated. Pond is small but pretty. Loud engine noises from those in rv park. Overall nice place. Please note that the bed is in a loft which requires climbing up and down a ladder. Pretty views.

We loved the surrounding woods and overall aesthetic. The pool is seperate from the treehouse but it was still very nice. Me and my wife gad a late night fire side pic nic under the treehouse and we loved it. 30th Anniversary! Everytime we have a long day we now say can we go back to the treehouse?
