• Pets must be approved by the Host prior to check-in and always leased when walking the community. Pet waste must be picked up at all times.

This Magnolia cottage was clean, comfortable, quiet and in a gated neighborhood. We were in the area for a family event and the cottage was in a perfect location for us with everything we needed for our stay and near an HEB and Starbucks. We even had access to the gym located in the community clubhouse. Don’t let the construction outside the community fool you from turning into the entrance. You’re in the right spot!

We comfortably enjoyed staying at this conveniently located cottage. Check-in was very easy and after arrival, a key fob for the entrance gate was supplied for further entries onto the property. There was ample room in the living room, kitchen and dining room. There were king beds in both bedrooms. The primary bedroom had separate his and hers vanities and sinks in the primary bedroom and a full walk in closet as well. We were able to take advantage of the washer and dryer too. You can't beat the location with the HEB down the street and a Starbucks less than a mile away. Adam, the property manager, was super responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying at this location again and hope to take advantage of the pool, clubhouse with pool table and the fitness center just across the pathway.

Clean and modern. Nice overall. The only downsides were the walls are super thin so you hear every word the neighbors say, no TVs in the bedrooms and the gate opens inward as you leave the property
