A very pleasant 45-square-meter house located 10 minutes from Benoît Beach.
Ideally situated in a quiet, secure residence with a heated pool (generally open from May through September).
Perfect for a couple with two children or for a romantic getaway.

The kitchen is fully equipped.
You’ll have access to fiber-optic internet.

A toilet (with a macerator) is available in the bathroom, in addition to the toilet on the first floor.

The 60 m² garden is a lovely spot for dining outdoors or relaxing in the La Baule sunshine.

The residence is ideally located, with tennis courts, an equestrian center, a casino, a thalassotherapy center, and the Atlantia convention center nearby.
The markets in La Baule and Le Pouliguen are a 10-minute bike or car ride away.
You can also visit the salt marshes, the wild coastline, and the town of Guérande.
