About this apartment rental
Bright and modern duplex of 65 m², located near the center and less than 10 minutes' walk from the beach (Casino beach, Thalassotherapy center and Benoit beach). The apartment is located in a quiet and secure residence, on the second and last floor of the building (without elevator).
The apartment consists of a large, very bright living / dining room with access to the terrace. The room is equipped with a sofa, television, stereo, etc. The kitchen, with direct access to the living room, is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave etc. The terrace, equipped with a blind offers a view of the stirrup and the park of the residence. Two folding lounge chairs, a table and chairs are available. On the same floor there is a WC and the entrance which gives access to the floor.
Upstairs are two bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed has a large closet. The other bedroom has two separate beds (with some board games for children / teenagers). A bathroom with a large shower and toilet accompanies the whole.
The apartment is located in a quiet and secure residence, halfway between the residential areas of La Baule (access via a footbridge) and the salt marshes. Within the landscaped park of the residence are a swimming pool, a ping pong table and green spaces. A bicycle / stroller room is available within the building.
Finally, there is a dedicated parking space just below the apartment.

Appartement chaleureux, très bien équipé, fonctionnel, double expo qui donne fraicheur la nuit top, proche de tout mais loin de tout si pas en voiture, accueil vrai et fort sympathique, piscine chaude très bien entrenue/suveillée. On recommande :-)
