About this house rental
Whitewash is a beautiful family sized beach house set high on the hills of Goolwa Beach to capture the sea and coastal views. The perfect property for a relaxed break. Just a short walk to the beach path through the sand hills to access Goolwa Beach for boogie boarding, surfing, swimming, fishing and long walks along the beach.
Enjoy the close proximity for cafes, wineries, beach, river, 4x4 driving along the beach to the mouth of the Murray River.
A large, modern, spacious, two storey beach house with panoramic views from Goolwa to beyond the Bluff at Victor Harbour.
UPSTAIRS:
WHITEWASH is the perfect place to book for a relaxing break with family and friends. Enjoy the views from the large open plan living, dining, kitchen, main bedroom and seaside balcony. A second large protected balcony, 2nd large bedroom and bathroom.
DOWNSTAIRS:
Second Living area with large TV and PlayStation, two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other has a queen bed and single bed, main bathroom, laundry and second toilet. Access to double garage where table tennis, foosball and BBQ are stored. Outdoor hot / cold shower.
The advertised price includes linen. Beds will be made up for your arrival. Linen cost includes sheets, pillow cases, quilt covers, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels. Please bring your own face washers and beach towels if required.
This is a non smoking property - cigarette butts must not be left in the yard and garden. Clean up fees will be charged.
Pets are not permitted at the property. Extra cleaning fees will apply if obvious signs of a pet are found.
We do not accept schoolies bookings. No parties or events- Maximum 9 guests unless arrangements have been made with the owners.
$600 damage deposit.

The great views and large upstairs living area really made our stay. It was too cold & windy to stay out on the balcony for long but didn’t matter - we could enjoy the coast from inside anyway. Hosts were super responsive, lovely people. Would definitely stay again.

The house is beautiful and Goolwa is such a great spot for a beach holiday for family and friends. The view of the sea and the coast line was incredible. Everything that we needed was there, the house is furnished like a home and we felt at ease as soon as we walked. The hosts were responsive to our questions and genuinely welcoming. The one small issue was fixed within 24 hours. ere amazing

Margaret & Jim's property has all of the amenities you could desire... & more! Amazing natural light & coastal views make it a relaxing place to stay. The fully fenced backyard was a safe space for our young children to play. Our group (3 families) had plenty of room & we never ran out of hot water! The upstairs balcony is the perfect spot to relax & take in the views on a warm day.
The path through the dunes to the beach is directly down the street only a few minutes walk.
Very central location to access popular shops & activities nearby in Goolwa, Port Elliot & Victor Harbor.
Margaret was friendly, helpful & quick to communicate with us... which made our experience all the more positive. We highly recommend "Whitewash" & would love to stay again in the future!
